The goal of training should always be to make your everyday life easier. With every client, my main focus is on building a strong foundation: mastering proper form and technique, moving through a full range of motion, and using a slow, controlled tempo. I prioritize strengthening not only the major muscle groups but also the smaller stabilizing muscles to improve balance and stability. I also emphasize the importance of a strong, functional core (not just for a 6 pack), along with unilateral training and grip strength, all of which translate directly to better movement and confidence in daily life.

In your first session, we start with a full-body movement assessment to see exactly where your body is at. This helps me identify your strengths, any imbalances, and areas that need improvement. From there, I can design a personalized training program that targets your goals safely and effectively, ensuring every session is tailored to your body and your progress.

About me

My name is Daniel Bevan, certified personal trainer with a passion for functional training - helping clients move better, build strength, and improve performance in everyday life. I hold certifications through ISSA and have completed my Level 3 Personal Training qualification in the UK, giving me the tools to create safe, effective, and results driven programs.

I focus on full body strength, core stability, and functional movement patterns, ensuring every session improves not just your fitness, but how your body performs day-to-day. My approach is tailored, challenging but still enjoyable because I feel fitness should always be the best part of your day.

    • $70 per session for single weekly sessions

    • $60 per session when training twice per week

    • $50 per session when training three times per week

    Rates are based on the number of sessions completed each week.
    All sessions will be billed at the end of each month.
